Highly-rated youngsters Cameron Howieson and Luke Conlan have penned two-year professional contracts with Burnley.
The duo, both 17, are first-year scholars at Turf Moor but have impressed sufficiently to earn full-time deals with the Clarets.
Attacking midfielder Howieson, a 17-year-old New Zealand youth international, and Northern Ireland Under-19 left-back Conlan were two of the leading lights in the club's FA Youth Cup semi-final side.
"We believe it's vitally important that we produce our own players and this is another important step in that direction," said manager Eddie Howe.
"Cameron and Luke have both done very well this season and deserve the contracts they have been given. We believe both are very promising players who will develop further from working more regularly with the first-team squad.
"It has been an excellent season at youth level and we believe there are few who are good enough to make the step up."
