Wigan wing Ryan King and prop Dom Crosby could both make their debuts against North Wales Crusaders in the Challenge Cup on Sunday.
Liam Farrell returns to Shaun Wane's squad after recovering from a hip problem but Sean O'Loughlin, Pat Richards, Lee Mossop and Ben Flower are all indisposed.
Brett Finch, Jeff Lima and Harrison Hansen are rested.
Iwan Brown, along with his older brother Owain, are both included in Clive Griffiths' Crusaders squad as are two more Welsh players Rob Massam and Owain Griffiths, but Christiaan Roets and Kriss Wilkes are out injured.
Prop Anthony Morrison will be a big loss to the Crusaders side, missing out through suspension.
