Wes Durston has committed his future to Derbyshire after signing a three-year deal with the County Championship Second Division champions.
The 31-year-old right-hand batsman becomes the fourth player in a week to extend his Derbyshire deal following the club's promotion to the top tier.
"I am over the moon to be committing the next three years of my career to Derbyshire," he said.
"This is as tight-knit a squad as I've known throughout my career and I'm delighted to be remaining a part of it for the foreseeable future."
Durston's Derbyshire team-mates Ross Whiteley, Tony Palladino and Jonathan Clare also penned three-year deals this week.
