Featherstone free Finn and Bryan

Ireland's World Cup captain Liam Finn is looking for a new club for 2014 after being released by Featherstone.

The 30-year-old goalkicking scrum-half, who led the Wolfhounds in all three matches of the World Cup against Fiji, England and Australia, has left the Championship club by mutual consent, Rovers announced.

Finn scored a total of 1,484 points in two spells at Featherstone and also played for Halifax, Wakefield and Dewsbury.

Rovers have also parted company with former London Broncos forward Lamont Bryan, who made 24 appearances in 2013.

A Featherstone spokesman said: "We wish both players well for the future."
