Fleetwood v Wycombe preview

Team news for Easter Monday's League Two clash between Fleetwood and Wycombe at Highbury Stadium.

Fleetwood have no injury or suspension worries as they look to continue their push for automatic promotion against the Chairboys.

The Cod Army are unbeaten in five games after a 2-1 away win at Cheltenham on Friday and they currently sit just three points below the automatic promotion places with a play-off spot already secured.

Stewart Murdoch returned to the matchday squad having missed the 2-2 draw with Morecambe after suffering a knock and he could come into the side if boss Graham Alexander decides to freshen things up.

Steven Schumacher, Jon Parkin and Gareth Evans are other options for the Cod Army.

Wycombe look set to be without Aaron Pierre when they travel to Fleetwood.

The defender, who scored his first Chairboys goal in Friday's 1-1 draw with Northampton, has undergone an x-ray on the shoulder injury sustained during a heavy fall against the Cobblers and seems certain to miss out.

Paris Cowan-Hall also seems unlikely to feature having limped off just 30 minutes into the match with a recurrence of his ankle injury so Dean Morgan will hope to be given the nod from the start at Highbury.

Only goal difference keeps Gareth Ainsworth's Blues out of the League Two relegation zone ahead of kick off.
