Freedman hails two-goal Dawson

Bolton's manager Dougie Freedman praised on-loan Craig Dawson who netted twice in their 4-1 victory over high-flying Hull City.

The Trotters made a stunning start at The Reebok scoring three times inside the opening eight minutes.

Robbie Brady pulled a goal back for the Tigers on 68 but, two minutes later, Dawson's second goal made certain of the three points.

And Freedman said: "Craig has bought into what we are trying to do and he is a good guy.

"He has also brought a confidence to Zat Knight and Adam Bogdan.

"When the ball gets crossed into crucial areas one of those three are dealing with it. He has got the presence to demand certain standards of people around him and he is bringing the best out of Zat."
