Froch unsure over future
Carl Froch has admitted he is unsure what the future holds after victory over George Groves.
But Froch - and his girlfriend Rachel - hinted there could be one more fight in Las Vegas.
The 36-year-old retained his WBA and IBF super-middleweight titles with a devastating knock-out in the eighth round, sealing a fifth straight world title victory in front 80,000 people at Wembley Stadium.
Promoter Eddie Hearn is lining up a title shot for the next eligible challenger James DeGale, who beat Brandon Gonzalez on the night.
But Froch - who will be appearing live on Sky Sports News on Sunday morning - said: "If I'm totally honest, I don't know what I want next.
"I can't say I'm going to fight again. I don't even know if I'm going to or if I want to, and I don't need to fight again now.
"I'd be very happy if that's the last punch I land in professional boxing. I could walk away from the sport very, very satisfied on the back of that. I'm not saying that's the end for me.
"I don't know what's going to top what I've achieved tonight. The size of the event, in the national stadium in front of 80,000 people, Sky Box Office, a rematch, with everyone watching - how am I going to beat that?
"But there is one box that's not ticked for me - Las Vegas.
"DeGale did well tonight and I'll fight anybody, but I'm not going to say I'm going to fight him next, why would I? If I'm not fighting again then I won't be fighting anyone.
"I just want to go back and relax with my family now."
On one of the most intense nights of British sporting history, Froch stunned Groves with a devastating right-hook to win the match after the Hammersmith-born challenger was on the ascendency.
Asked what he said to Groves after the fight, Froch said: "I said he's young, he's talented, he's skillful, he'll come again. I told him 'don't go home and be too down and depressed and go in a downward spiral because you're a good fighter. You were in that fight. I punch very hard and I caught you with a shot that finished you off - and that's boxing.'"
His girlfriend Rachel also hinted that Froch would like to fight in Vegas.
"I can't tell you how happy I am, I'm so proud of him - it's amazing," she said.
"I haven't seen a smile like the one he has now for months and months. I was nervous for about a month leading up to it. I haven't really slept.
"I'll go through anything for Carl. I'd probably like him to say he's finished now, but who knows what he wants to do? He has said Las Vegas to me so maybe let's go there."
