Standard Liege kept alive their hopes of qualifying for the last 16 of the Champions League after they saw off Olympiakos in their Group H encounter.

The Belgians started well and were ahead after 30 minutes when Dieudonne Mbokani went on a mazy run before firing home into the bottom corner.

Liege then went all-out for a further goal, Igor De Camargo's header cleared off the line by Avraam Papadopoulos before Mehdi Carcela-Gonzalez fired a shot against the crossbar.
