Galchenyuk grabs late winner

Alex Galchenyuk hit an overtime winner as the Montreal Canadiens grabbed a 3-2 win over the New York Rangers in the Eastern Conference final.

Rangers left wing Carl Hagelin gave his side the lead in the first period but Andrei Markov and Daniel Briere turned the tie in favour of Montreal before Chris Kreider sent the game to overtime where Galchenyuk made no mistake as he clinched the winning goal.

Game four of the best-of-seven series takes place on Sunday at the Garden, with the Canadiens trailed 2-1.
