Garcia happy with achievement

Oscar Garcia admits he takes a lot of personal satisfaction from Brighton gatecrashing the Sky Bet Championship play-offs.

The Seagulls snatched sixth place from Reading thanks to Leonardo Ulloa's last-gasp winner at Nottingham Forest.

Garcia, who replaced Gus Poyet as Albion boss last summer, will now lead his side into the semi-finals against Derby with a trip to Wembley and a place in the Premier League up for grabs.

The Spaniard said: "When I arrived here I didn't know about the league, the players or a lot of things.

"But to get in the play-offs in my first year is a big achievement for me.

"We have been managing injuries since the start of the season and now we are experienced in this kind of situation."
