Great Britain captain Judy Murray has named her team for the Federation Cup clash in Israel next month.
Laura Robson and Heather Watson - who on Monday became the first British duo in 26 years to be in the world's top 50 at the same time - debutant Johanna Konta and Anne Keothavong make up the team.
Elena Baltacha is injured and will miss out but she will travel with the team regardless.
"We have a great squad and will be aiming to put ourselves in World Group contention again," Murray said.
Australia-born Konta, 21, only became a British citizen in May last year.
She made the breakthrough into the big time last season, earning a wildcard for Wimbledon - where she lost in three sets to Christina McHale in the first round - and then qualifying for the US Open where she reached the second round.
Great Britain, along with 15 other nations, are vying to take one of the top two spots on offer and progress to the World Group II play-offs in April.
The tie takes place between February 6 and 9.
