Giants too good for Knights

Manchester Giants enjoyed an superb fourth quarter as they raced away from Birmingham to keep the Knights winless 14 games into their campaign.

The Giants reeled off a 31-12 run in the final period after Birmingham had taken a 67-58 lead - a first victory of the campaign apparently in reach with a little under eight minutes to play.

Rob Marsden had 18 points and David Aliu 17 for Manchester who may only be one place above Birmingham in the standings but are 10 points better off.
