Saturday's meeting at Gowran Park is subject to an inspection at 8am on Friday.
While the track is raceable at present, officials are concerned by the weather forecast.
Horse Racing Ireland tweeted: "Gowran Park to hold 8am inspection on Friday ahead of Saturday fixture due to adverse weather 4cast. Track currently raceable, ground heavy."
