Huddersfield boss Simon Grayson has praised the versatility of midfielder Adam Clayton.
Grayson signed the 23-year-old for the second time when he brought him to the Galpharm in the summer after previously taking the former England Under-20 international from Manchester City to Leeds when manager at Elland Road in 2010.
"I know what Adam is all about. He works hard, he always wants the ball and he gets into spaces to stretch the opposition," the Terriers boss told the Huddersfield Examiner
"He's flexible as well, because playing wide right in a four-man midfield, which he has been doing for the main part, is not really his position.
"Adam is ideally more of a central midfielder, but he's worked hard at adapting and has done just what we wanted him to."
