Grit Birch has been disqualified from the sport for three years following findings by a British Horseracing Authority disciplinary panel.
The inquiry concerned Birch's association with Kahlil Burke, who had been 'warned off' by the BHA already.
She owned Higher Lowton Farm in Devon, where a trainer's licence had been applied for in 2010, and information had been received by the BHA saying Burke had been seen working there.
Birch was also found guilty of misleading the BHA and denying knowing or having any connection with Burke.
