Brendan Hansen won the 100-metre breaststroke at the United States trials to book his place at the London Olympics.
The 30-year-old, who retired after the Beijing Games but later reversed his decision, clocked a time of 59.68 seconds to book his place alongside Eric Shanteau.
Dana Vollmer and Claire Donahue booked their places on the team in the 100m butterfly, while Allison Schmitt and Chloe Sutton were first and second in the 400m freestyle.
