Marcus Tregoning's Hawaafez ran out a comfortable winner of the Grosvenor Casinos Cumberland Lodge Stakes at Ascot.
The Nayef filly ran straight and true through the soft ground while runner-up Camborne ran all over the place under Eddie Ahern.
He was two-and-a-half lengths off the winner at the line.
It was a sixth win in the race for Tregoning whose four-year-old mare was having only her third outing of the campaign but she showed no signs of race-rustiness as she kept pulling out more for Johnny Murtagh.
After shrugging off the dual Godolphin challenge of Willing Foe and Songcraft, the 9-4 joint-favourite pulled clear of the wayward Camborne.
Murtagh said: "She's big, strong and got through the ground well. She stayed on well and I think there's a bit of improvement in her."
