Saturday's meeting at Hexham goes ahead after the track passed an inspection on Friday afternoon.
Clerk of the course James Armstrong initially planned to check conditions at 2pm after heavy overnight rain left some patches of waterlogging on the track.
However, conditions have improved and Armstrong was able to give the go-ahead earlier than thought.
