
Austria's Marcel Hirscher earned the 10th World Cup slalom win of his career with an impressive performance on home soil in Kitzbuhel.
Hirscher was lying third at the the end of the first round of runs but went quickest over the second leg to post a combined time of one minute 44.34 seconds and take his first ever win in Kitzbuhel.
Germany's Felix Neureuther claimed second place, over seven tenths shy of Hirscher, while Ivica Kostelic of Croatia was almost a second slower in third.
Sunday's win saw Hirscher extend his lead over Norway's Aksel Lund Svindal in the overall World Cup standings to 114 points.
