Ian Holloway has challenged Blackpool midfielder Elliot Grandin to change his attitude if he wants to be part of his first-team plans.
The 24-year-old is yet to make Holloway's starting line-up since his return and has not featured at all since coming off the bench to net a penalty in the 4-1 win over Middlesbrough on September 18.
"I've given him four really important words; commitment, encouragement, enthusiasm and enjoyment and asked him 'where are they?'," Holloway told BBC Radio Lancashire. "Until I get the right answers he won't get the chance to play, because other people have got those things in abundance, and sometimes I think he lacks them.
"I've asked him to to look up the words in French so he understands exactly what I'm asking him, and there's been no communication since I gave him that a week ago.
"He isn't going to get what he wants if he keeps doing what he's doing. He's got a flat here, but does he want to be here? I don't know is the honest answer, and for me body language is absolutely everything."
