Hughes to miss Dante

Richard Hughes is set to miss the Betfred Dante Stakes at York on May 17 after picking up a one-day suspension for careless riding.

Hughes picked up the ban for his ride on runner-up Big Wave in the totequickpick Fillies' Handicap at Lingfield.

It is another blow for Hughes, who only returned earlier this week from a 50-day ban handed to him in India.
