Hull City v Stoke preview

Hull manager Steve Bruce has no new injury concerns ahead of Saturday's visit of Stoke to the KC Stadium.

Sone Aluko (Achilles) and Stephen Quinn (hamstring) are still out but the rest of the Tigers' first-team squad are fit and available.

That means Bruce's main decision will be between the 3-5-2 formation he utilised at Swansea on Monday or a return to 4-4-2.

Stoke goalkeeper Asmir Begovic is doubtful for the trip to Hull after suffering a thigh injury in training.

Thomas Sorensen, who has not started a league game since the final day of the 2011-12 season, is on standby to replace him.

Full-back Erik Pieters (groin) is fit again but manager Mark Hughes could retain Marc Muniesa. Midfielder Matthew Etherington (back) is back in training but not match fit while defender Robert Huth (knee) is nearing a return.

Watch Hull City take on Stoke City this Saturday from 5.30pm on Sky Sports 1 HD.
