Hull KR bring in Poching

Hull KR boss Chris Chester has named experienced coach Willie Poching as his assistant for the 2015 season.

The 41-year-old former Wakefield and Leeds player Poching will leave Warrington at the end of the current season and join the Robins on a one-year deal.

"Willie has learnt his trade under some very good coaches at some very successful clubs so we're looking forward to what he will bring to Hull KR," said Chester, who was brought in as Rovers head coach last week.

"He is very well thought of within the game and he's got a lot of experience as both a player and a coach, so the input he will have into the culture at the club will be invaluable."

Poching began his coaching career at Leeds after retiring as a player in 2006 and has spent the past four years at Warrington. He has also coached the Samoa national side.
