Ince poised for loan switch
Blackpool have given Tom Ince permission to discuss a loan move to a Premier League club, understood to be Swansea.
Ince is out of contract at the end of the season, and there had been speculation he would see out his time at Bloomfield Road before moving on in the summer.
But having been left out of the squad by caretaker boss Barry Ferguson for Saturday's draw with Doncaster Rovers he now seems destined to be on his way this week.
A club statement read: "Following discussions with Thomas Ince and his representative, permission has been given for Thomas to discuss a loan move to a Premier League club.
"Thomas has expressed his ambition to play in the Premier League for the remainder of the season, a decision that the Club fully understands and supports."
Sky sources understand Swansea, who have also been linked with Norwich duo Anthony Pilkington and Nathan Redmond, are in pole position to land the England U21 man before Friday's transfer deadline.
Ince has made 12 appearances for the England U21 side and is Blackpool's leading scorer with seven goals in the Championship this season.
