Ireland name squad for Scots

Ireland have included injury concern Chris Henry in a 29-man squad for the RBS Six Nations clash with Scotland.

The Ulster flanker hurt his knee in his side's RaboDirect PRO12 win at home to Zebre at the weekend and will now undergo a scan on Monday to determine the extent of the damage.

Provincial colleague Luke Marshall has also been named in the party, despite suffering bruising to his thighs during the same match.

The centre - who scored a try against Fiji last year - had been unavailable for the opening two rounds of this year's Six Nations due to a finger injury.

Back rower James Coughlan and lock duo Lewis Stevenson and Devin Toner have been drafted in as extra cover, after being involved in the early preparations for the Championship.

The selection panel could yet add extra players once they have received further medical reports. The final squad will gather at Carton House on Monday to begin preparations for the game at Murrayfield next Sunday.
