Jayawardene dislocates finger
Sri Lanka batsman Mahela Jayawardene has dislocated a finger but may still be fit to play his side's next match.
Jayawardene sustained the injury when he attempted to catch England centurion Alex Hales during Thursday's dramatic defeat in Chittagong.
He fluffed the chance and let the ball slip through for four as Hales scored 116 not out to see his side to a six-wicket victory.
But, with Sri Lanka not playing again until Monday's meeting with New Zealand, he has a chance of featuring.
Sri Lanka captain Dinesh Chandimal said: "Mahela's finger is dislocated and I think he will be going in for X-ray.
"Hopefully, he will be fit for the next game."
Jayawardene, 36, retires from international Twenty20 at the end of the tournament.
