Martin Klizan secured his first ATP Tour title with a straight-sets win over Fabio Fognini in the final of the St Petersburg Open.
The third seed broke his fourth-seed Italian opponent six times en route to a 6-2 6-3 victory in just 69 minutes.
Klizan, ranked 45 in the world, becomes the first Slovakian to win a tour final since Dominik Hrbaty in February 2004.
