Month-long lay-off for Kone
Evian midfielder Djakaridja Kone is set to be out of action for a month after suffering an injury on international duty with Burkina Faso.
The 27-year-old had been preparing for his country's friendly against Comoros on Wednesday when he suffered a thigh injury, and his club have now confirmed he will be out of action for four weeks.
"Suffering a thigh injury early this week for the national team, midfielder of FC ETG Djakaridja Kone will be out for an estimated four weeks," read a statement on www.etgfc.com.
Kone, who joined Pascal Dupraz's men in 2012 from Dinamo Bucharest, has made 21 appearances this season.
