Mick Channon has confirmed that Laugh Out Loud is set to go for Group One glory in Saturday's Sun Chariot Stakes at Newmarket.
The three-year-old won a York Listed race and a Group Two at Chantilly earlier in the season, prompting trainer Mick Channon to head to Royal Ascot.
While she failed to land a blow when well fancied for the Coronation Stakes, Laugh Out Love was given a break after that sixth-placed finish.
The Clodovil filly returned to action with a creditable fourth in a blanket finish to the Matron Stakes earlier this month, beaten a length by Chachamaidee after trying to make all of the running.
The winner, along with third-placed Emulous and fifth La Collina, are all in the frame for the mile contest, which Laugh Out Loud's part-owner Khalid Al Mudhaf is expecting to be a tough task.
He tweeted: "Laugh Out Loud is in the 5 day stage for the Sun Chariot.
"We plan to run and it looks to be one of the toughest fillies 8f races this year."
