Lingfield's meeting on Tuesday must now pass a 7am inspection on raceday morning.
With snow still an issue at the Surrey venue, another check is required before the meeting can be given the go-ahead.
Clerk of the course Neil MacKenzie Ross assessed conditions at 2pm inspection on Monday, and feels the maintenance work carried out on the track has improved the chances of racing.
