London Broncos blank Toulouse

Kieran Dixon scored two tries as the London Broncos began their two-match tour of France with a 34-0 victory over Toulouse.

Dixon, starting at full-back, opened the scoring with Michael Channing adding their second. Michael Witt converted both to give the Londoners a 12-0 lead.

The youngster's second of the game, again converted by Witt, promoted head coach Tony Rea into making wholesale changes with 12 of the starting XIII being replaced.

The Broncos opened up a 24-point lead early in the second half after a try by John O'Donnell with Oscar Thomas converting the try in Witt's absence.

James Woodburn-Hall made his debut in the second half as Rea continued to test combinations ahead of the new 2013 Super League season.

Alex Hurst's try kept the scoreboard ticking over. Chris Melling rounded off the scoring with Thomas this time adding to extras. London end their French trip against the Catalan Dragons on Wednesday.
