Lunt set for Rhinos debut

Shaun Lunt could make his Leeds debut after being included in the Rhinos' 19-man squad to face Catalan Dragons on Friday (kick-off 8pm).

The Huddersfield hooker joined Leeds on loan for the rest of the season on Wednesday and is set to get straight into the action with his new club during the contest at Headingley.

Paul McShane makes way from the squad that secured a 38-18 win over Wakefield in the Carnegie Challenge Cup last time out.

The other change made by Leeds head coach Brian McDermott from that fixture sees Stevie Ward, who did not make the match-day selection, replaced by Richard Moore.

Prop Moore has been out of action since the end of March with an ankle injury but is now fit enough for a recall to the squad.

Rob Burrow is named in the initial squad to face the Dragons despite suffering a suspected fractured cheekbone against the Wildcats last Friday.

Catalan make one change to the 19-man squad that defeated Hull KR in the Challenge Cup on Sunday, with Thomas Bosc returning from injury to replace Eloi Pelissier.

Dragons head coach Trent Robinson is still without the likes of Clint Greenshields, Damien Blanch, Greg Mounis and Frederic Vaccari, who are all injured.

The French side, who stayed in England during the week after their visit to Hull, can go level on points with Huddersfield at the top of the Stobart Super League table with victory on Friday.

Leeds squad: Webb, Jones-Bishop, Hardaker, Hall, McGuire, Burrow, Leuluai, Peacock, Ablett, Sinfield, L. Smith, Delaney, Bailey, Kirke, Clarkson, Griffin, Moore, Hood, Lunt.

Catalan squad: Pryce, Sa, Stacul, Bosc, Dureau, Ferriol, Henderson, Casty, Menzies, Anderson, Raguin, Millard, Simon, Fakir, Paea, Baitieri, Duport, Fisher, Cardace.
