Marquinhos: Talks can wait
Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos will discuss his future after he returns from international duty with Brazil at the Toulon tournament.
The highly-rated 20-year-old is reported to be drawing admiring glances from Barcelona and Manchester United.
Both European heavyweights are in the market for reinforcements at centre-half after bidding farewell to the vast experience of Carles Puyol, Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic.
Marquinhos is considered to be a useful addition for the present and future, with the youngster having now caught the eye for Roma and PSG.
He is aware of the mounting speculation regarding a possible summer switch and says talks will be held with his representatives when the time is right.
"I'm very focused on this championship. It's important to me, to wear the Brazil shirt," Marquinhos told Globo Esporte.
"This group is strong and we want to be champions.
"I always want to evolve and grow but I need to talk to my agent and PSG about my future.
"I'm pleased Barca think of me. It proves I'm doing my job on the pitch.
"When I've finished this tournament I'll speak with my agent and PSG and we will decide on my future."
