Middlesbrough v Hull preview
Championship Middlesbrough look to take the scalp of Premier League Hull City at the Riverside Stadium.
Boro boss Aitor Karanka will experience his first taste of FA Cup action, as he looks to book a place in the fourth round.
Karanka has turned things around at Boro in recent weeks and they come into the match unbeaten in four and confidence is high again on Teesside.
Hull chief Steve Bruce will be keen to avoid an upset, but Premier League is his main focus and a raft of changes can be expected from the Tigers chief.
In the past half a century, the two clubs have only met just once in the FA Cup and that was a recently as 2007 - when Boro got the upper hand, after a replay.
Bruce has already confirmed changes will be made to his side and more than half-a-dozen players can expect to come into contention.
The likes of Allan McGregor and Tom Huddlestone, who have impressed so much in the Premier League so far this term, can expect to be rested.
Steve Harper, Liam Rosenior, Abdoulaye Faye, George Boyd, Stephen Quinn and Matty Fryatt are all expected to feature.
Jake Livermore is another who will not feature, as he cannot play as part of his loan move from Tottenham.
Boro will also be making changes and that will include handing a debut to third-choice goalkeeper Dimi Konstantopoulos, who has not started a game since joining the club in the summer.
Loan star Shay Given is unavailable due to the terms of his deal from Aston Villa, but they are hoping Daniel Ayala, who is on loan from Norwich, will be given permission to feature.
