Rotherham boss Steve Evans is intending to empower his new backroom staff with more responsibility.
Evans, who was appointed into the Millers hot-seat last week, is working with the staff that predecessor Andy Scott left behind and intends to use them fully.
"We have inherited some good staff," Evans said.
"We are going to take the shackles off them and let them have an input.
"People like (goalkeeping coach) Andy Dibble are going to have a say on the goalkeepers we sign, he is going to be accountable for their performances because I am accountable from the top."
