Millers miss out on target
Rotherham boss Steve Evans has expressed his disappointment after narrowly missing out on another loan target.
Evans had hoped to add a new player to his squad in time for Saturday's game at MK Dons, but the deal broke down and the Millers boss will discuss team strengthening again with chairman Tony Stewart on Monday.
"It's getting frustrating," Evans said. "Last midweek we were close, but unfortunately we couldn't come to an agreement with a player.
"It's disappointing as he would have been a great signing for us and a player who would have made us so much better.
"I will see the chairman(on Monday) and as always we will discuss the squad.
"I'm looking at a few areas where I would like to add, but it must also represent value for money in every deal we do."
