Mohsni happy to play anywhere

Ipswich new boy Bilel Mohsni is willing to play in any outfield position to work his way into the Tractor Boys' starting XI.

Mohsni signed for Town last Friday on a three-month loan deal from Southend, who were keen to farm him out after he insisted he no longer wanted to play for the League Two outfit.

The talented Frenchman is extremely versatile and able to play in defence, midfield or in a forward position, and he is hoping this will help his push for a place in manager Paul Jewell's line-up.

Mohsni, who made his debut as a 90th-minute substitute in last weekend's 2-1 defeat to Cardiff, told Ipswich's official website: "People know I can play in quite a few different positions on the pitch but I wouldn't say I have a favourite position.

"For now I just want to work my way into the starting XI, so wherever the gaffer needs me I will play there and try to do my best for him and Ipswich Town.

"I was on trial here before so I know all the players really well now. Everyone seems very nice and have all made me feel welcome, so I am happy and looking forward to playing for Ipswich."
