Hooker Scott Moore begins his second spell with Huddersfield on Sunday after being named in coach Nathan Brown's team to face Swinton.
Brown is resting several players, including captain Kevin Brown and winger Jermaine McGillvary, for the Challenge Cup fifth-round date clash at The Galpharm.
Huddersfield born-and-bred brothers Darren and Ritchie Hawkyard will line up alongside each other for Swinton.
Former Warrington and Super League Dream Team winger Kevin Penny is also in the Lions' squad.
Swinton found it tough going at the same stage of this competition last season when high-flying Warrington beat them by a record 112-0.
