The Mersey Tigers' woeful losing run continued tonight with an 84-54 thrashing at the hands of Leicester Riders in the BBL Championship.
Leicester were already 49-25 ahead at the half-time interval and defended that lead with ease with the help of a game-high 18 points from Jay Couisnard.
The win sees the Riders join the Newcastle Eagles atop the standings, while Mersey remain at the bottom having lost all 21 of their games so far this season.
