Muller on pole at Hungaroring

WTCC leader Yvan Muller qualified on pole for Sunday's first race at the Hungaroring as Chevrolet claimed the first three spots on the grid.

The Frenchman, who broke the track record in first practice earlier on Saturday, took top spot by a quarter of a second from Rob Huff, with Alain Menu third.

SEAT's Italian driver Gabriele Tarquini, fastest in second practice, qualified fourth.

Germany's Franz Engstler qualified 10th and will be on pole for race two on Sunday under the reversed grid system.

Muller leads the standings by 27 points from Cambridgeshire driver Huff with Swiss Menu one point further back.
