Newcastle v Norwich preview
Team news for Sunday afternoon's Premier League clash between Newcastle and Norwich at St James' Park.
Striker Papiss Cisse and midfield enforcer Cheick Tiote could return to the Newcastle squad.
Cisse missed Thursday night's 0-0 draw with Maritimo in Madeira through illness, while Tiote has been out since the opening day of the season with a calf injury, but both were expected to train today and could be included.
Skipper Fabricio Coloccini could be back on the training pitch on Monday after being treated by Argentina's medical staff for the hamstring strain he suffered on international duty, but the rested Yohan Cabaye, Jonas Gutierrez and Demba Ba, as well as Hatem Ben Arfa, who has now completed his European ban, will rejoin the squad.
Norwich manager Chris Hughton has no new injury concerns.
Midfielder Elliott Bennett is back in training and Simon Lappin hopes to be back next week after recovering from an ankle ligament injury.
Long-term injury victim, full-back Stephen Whittaker has begun running, while midfielder Jacob Butterfield (knee) could be involved in the Capital One Cup on Wednesday.
