No Breeders' Cup trip for Roz

Roz will be put away for the winter after connections ruled out a trip to America for the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies' Turf.

Trainer Harry Dunlop will instead prepare the daughter of Teofilo for the Qipco 1000 Guineas at Newmarket next spring.

Roz earned a 25/1 quote for the Classic over the Rowley Mile when second to Certify in the Shadwell Fillies' Mile at Newmarket last month.

"We are not going to the Breeders' Cup with her. It is expensive and it was a risk taking her there," said Lambourn-based Dunlop.

"We are going to prepare for the Guineas next year.

"Whether she goes straight there or has a prep run will not be decided yet.

"She needs decent ground and we will see what next April brings."
