Chesterfield's new manager Paul Cook has told his players they have a lot of hard work ahead of them after a defeat to Barnet.
A 90th minute penalty by Mark Byrne clinched victory for Barnet who had goalkeeper Graham Stack to thank for a string of first-half saves.
But Cook summed up what he thought of his team's performance when asked what positives he could take from the game.
"None," he said. "I don't buy into that. If you are looking for positives, they don't exist for me.
"If we want to be successful, we will have to work a lot harder than we did. The harder you work, the luckier you get and that's the message I'll bring into the club.
"We will have a style of playing football that we will take out on the pitch. We will try and put teams to the sword and I thought we did that in the first half but in the second we seemed to go out without a tempo and you won't win football games without a good tempo. You must move the ball quickly and put quality into the box and we didn't do that."
