Saturday afternoon's meeting at Chepstow goes ahead as scheduled following a frost-free night at the Monmouthshire venue.
Clerk of the course Keith Ottesen called a precautionary inspection for 8am due to the threat of freezing temperatures on Friday night, but has been able to give the fixture the green light earlier than anticipated.
Ottesen said: "It's good news and racing goes ahead.
"We were forecast to get down to minus 3C or minus 4C overnight but we're hovering around zero now and there is no frost in the ground whatsoever.
"Temperatures should rise to around 4C later today and we're looking forward to a good afternoon."
