Officials at Catterick were able to cancel a planned inspection for Monday afternoon's meeting.
There had been a fear of snow overnight putting the fixture in jeopardy, but clerk of the course Fiona Needham reported no problems much earlier than the 8am check that had been scheduled.
She said: "There's no snow or frost, so we are good to go and have cancelled the inspection.
"We had five millimetres of rain and sleet, but the snow was confined to the higher ground."
The ground is described as soft, good to soft in places.
