O'Neill reaches landmark

Jonjo O'Neill chalked up his 100th winner of the season as More Of That was produced with a well-timed run in the Relkeel Hurdle at Cheltenham.

The five-year-old was unbeaten in three runs coming into this Grade Two event and had his supporters as he was sent off an 11/4 chance.

Tony McCoy took his time on the JP McManus-owned gelding, giving him time to find his feet as Salubrious and French raider Gemix set the early pace, with the latter proving particularly keen.

Gemix's early exertions began to tell, leaving Salubrious with a healthy advantage, which gave jockey Daryl Jacob the opportunity to get a breather into him at the top of the hill.

The slight ease in pace allowed More Of That and Glens Melody to close the gap and McCoy clearly had plenty of horse under him as he went toe to toe with Salubrious up the straight.

That one tried his best but More Of That just had too much in reserve and triumphed by two and a quarter lengths after a masterful McCoy ride.

McCoy and O'Neill were completing a double following the victory of Eastlake earlier on the card.

O'Neill said: "That's a nice way to get to 100 winners. He's Eastlake's full-brother so it's good to see them both win on the same day.

"He got injured last year and we were desperate to get some more experience into him. He still leaves his hind legs over some of the hurdles.

"I don't know what we will do now, I will have to have a chat with AP."
