Colin O'Reilly exceeded his average points-per-game tally by 19 at the Pavillions on Sunday night as Plymouth hammered Manchester 105-74.
Prior to Sunday night, the Cork-born point guard was returning an average of nine points a game, but he smashed that with a 28-point return on a memorable night.
O'Reilly also rebounded 11 times for a double-double, assisted six times and registered three steals.
Elsewhere, Kareem Maddox staked a strong claim to be performer of the day too as his 39 points helped Newcastle to a well-deserved 106-84 win at Glasgow.
Points were not so easy to come by elsewhere, though, with Alif Bland and Gabriele Haskins top-scoring with 17 each as Cheshire beat Mersey 88-64, while Surrey saw off Worcester 71-69 thanks to Samuel Critcelli's 24 points.
