One-game ban for Rapira

Salford forward Steve Rapira will miss the Red Devils' home game against Warrington on Friday through suspension.

The former New Zealand Warriors prop submitted an early-guilty plea to a grade B charge of making dangerous contact during his side's 32-18 defeat at Widnes last Thursday and received a one-game ban.

Catalan Dragons second rower Louis Anderson was also suspended for one match after admitting a similar offence during his side's 56-14 loss to Wakefield on Sunday.

Anderson, who was making his first appearance of the season after returning from compassionate leave in New Zealand, will miss the Dragons' game against St Helens at Langtree Park on Friday.
