Orr makes Blackburn loan exit

Blackburn full-back Bradley Orr has moved to the MLS after agreeing an 11-month loan deal with Toronto with a view to a permanent deal.

The Canadian side are managed by former Rovers captain Ryan Nelsen and recently agreed a deal which will see England striker Jermain Defoe join from Tottenham in February.

Orr, 31, has yet to appear for Blackburn's first team this season and was sent on loan to Blackpool earlier in this campaign.

Toronto will have Orr on loan until December and they have an agreement in place with Blackburn to make the deal permanent beyond that time.
