World number five pair Chris and Gabby Adcock will play defending champions Chris Langridge and Heather Olver in the mixed doubles final after beating Peter Mills and Jenny Wallwork 21-11 21-8.
The Adcocks earlier ended the one-off return of Gail Emms, 2004 Olympic silver medallist, with victory over her and Marcus Ellis in the quarter-finals.
Five-time winner Elizabeth Cann, 34, beat 2011 champion Nicola Cerfontyne 21-12 21-15 to reach the women's singles final, where she will play reigning title-holder Sarah Walker.
